The Orchard Conference 2026
APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED

This page is for individuals who are interested in exhibiting at The Orchard Women’s Conference in Birmingham on Saturday 10th October 2026. Please note due to venue restrictions there won’t be a exhibition space in London in 2026.

The Orchard Conference is attended by 2500 women and is a great opportunity to get your organisation or company in front of women of all ages and stages. Our conferences are multi-denominational and are attended by a wide cross-section of the Church.

We’re welcoming applications from artisans, charities, makers, and anyone with something great to share.
Spaces are limited so we will review every application carefully to ensure a good mix of offerings.

This year we will preference exhibitors who have not had the opportunity to exhibit at the ICC previously.
