Be Transformed

This year we're gathering around Romans 12:2 to ‘be transformed by the renewing of your mind’.

Most of us know what it is to be held back by our own thinking. There are thought patterns that keep returning, and a voice that tells us who we are and what's possible. God says one thing, our internal voice says another, and over time, without us really choosing it, the wrong voice wins.

There will be Bible teaching, worship that makes room for God to move, and guests with real authority to speak into this. Our prayer is that you leave more aware, more equipped, and more convinced of the truth than when you walked in.

Christine Caine

Christine is an Australian activist, evangelist, author, and public speaker. Christine and her husband Nick are best known for founding The A21 Campaign in 2008, a non-profit organisation that combats human trafficking around the globe.

Jo Hargreaves

Jo Hargreaves is a psychotherapist, pastor, writer, and speaker who integrates theology and therapy, submitting neuroscience to the authority of scripture. As the founder of Faith Filled Therapy and host of The Faith Filled Therapy Podcast, Jo creates spaces where neuroscience and scripture meet, offering practical insight into mental health, identity, and spiritual formation.

Amy Hughes

Amy has been leading Trinity Church Nottingham since 2020 alongside her husband Jonny. She is an ordained priest in the Church of England. Spending much of her time being mum to her five young children, she is also known to squeeze in a home DIY project here and there. She enjoys walking the family dog with her husband, but her life passion is leading people into the beautiful presence of Jesus where life is transformed and freedom released.

Zo Ross-Waddell

Zo will be leading us in worship joined by musicians from Gas Street Music and Trinity Music. We are so expectant of how this team will lead us into God’s presence.

Rachel Hughes

Rachel is married to Tim and together they have five children. She is co-senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, a church they planted in 2015. She is passionate about seeing women of every age and stage released into the call of God on their lives, and about inspiring families to foster and adopt.

We want everyone to feel welcome at The Orchard Women’s Conference so we’ve answered a few questions to help you plan your day a little better. For more information specific to the ICC please visit their website. Or for any general access queries please email us at hello@theorchardwomen.com.

All our tickets are unreserved when purchased so if you require an accessible seat, including a seat with step-free access, then please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
We offer a free companion ticket for anyone who requires assistance to enable them to attend the conference.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, please get in touch at hello@theorchardwomen.com and we can add your companion onto your ticket. We will need you to send us one of the following pieces of evidence dated with the last year.
Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award.
Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance (ESA). Disability Student's Allowance (DSA) or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card)
A valid Blue Badge.
In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
Credibility’s Access Card with the carer/companion symbol.
GP’s letter - dated within 3 months.
We have a wonderful stewarding team who will be more than happy to assist you in any way they can. Please do make any requirements known to the team on arrival or find someone with a team lanyard if you have any questions!
You are welcome to bring your baby with you. You are, of course, welcome to breast feed anywhere but if you are struggling to feed in the main room, please feel free to use the Soak Space or speak to a member of the team and they can help find you a quiet room. Bear in mind that there will be loud music so we recommend bringing ear defenders with you.
There is no provision for children aged 1-11 years old. Girls aged 11 and above are welcome to attend the Orchard Youth stream.
Bring a packed lunch & dinner, or there are many options in Birmingham. Scroll up for our recommended places to eat!
Remember to bring a water bottle with you.
There are several carparks near to the ICC. Please be aware that the centre of Birmingham is in the clean air zone, go to https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones to check whether your vehicle is chargeable (do not use any other website to check)

Yes! BSL translation will be available in Birmingham.
Moving lights will be used throughout the conference, particularly at the start and during worship. However flashing or strobing light effects will not be used.
Yes, the ICC foyer outside Hall 1 & 3 and cafes are open to all attendees throughout the conference.
There will also be a ’soak space’ open all day which you are welcome to make use of.
Yes, the ICC is equipped with a hearing loop. Please speak to the ICC on arrival for assistance with this.
The ICC has several positions for wheelchairs users in the auditorium and has lift and ramp access throughout the building.
