Team sign up
We are so looking forward to gathering thousands of women in October 2026 for the Orchard Women and Orchard Youth Conferences in Birmingham (ICC) and London (Troxy). We couldn’t put on any of our events without the amazing team of volunteers who make it all happen!
We are very thankful that you are interested in serving on our team. There are different processes for each team so please see the instructions below for the team you would like to join.
YOUTH TEAM
We are running The Orchard Youth in Birmingham & London this year and we'd love you to join the team!
If you join the Youth Team you will:
have had experience working with youth in a church context
be happy for us to ask for references if required
need to be available all day (8am - 7.30pm) on the day of the conference
attend the team briefing and prayer zoom on Monday 5th October, 8pm.
We will provide you with breakfast, lunch & dinner on the day.

comms TEAM
Comms team are responsible for taking photos and video, capturing social content and interviewing guests at both the Youth and Women’s conferences.
Please email comms@theorchardwomen.com if you are interested in joining this team.
PRAYER TEAM
Our prayer team are vital, we have many women wanting to receive prayer as God does deep work in their hearts.
If you join the prayer team you will;
have experience praying for people in a ministry setting
to be available at the end of each session for prayer
to serve for one hour in the Soak Space (Birmingham only)
attend the team briefing and prayer zoom on Monday 5th October, 8pm.

EVENTS TEAM
Our Events Team makes the whole conference run smoothly!
If you join the Events Team you will;
love helping serve people and making them have the best day!
be available from 8.45am-7.30pm on the day of the event.
